Based primarily in the Washington, D.C., Maryland, and Virginia region, we seek to preserve the traditions that connect us while creating opportunities that help our members, youth, families, and broader community thrive.
Our organization recognizes that cultural identity is not preserved simply by remembering the past. It must be taught, practised, celebrated, documented, shared with younger generations, and connected to the realities of life today.
For that reason, NDOP Community DMV combines cultural preservation with education, community service, youth engagement, professional development, family activities, civic integration, charitable outreach, networking, recreation, and institutional development.
