Where this website describes membership rights, committee remits or organizational procedures, the governing documents of the organization prevail over anything stated here.
Membership applications
Submitting a membership application through this website does not by itself confer membership. Applications are subject to verification and an admission process under the bylaws.
The business directory
Directory listings are submitted by the businesses themselves and reviewed before publication. A listing is not an endorsement, warranty, recommendation or guarantee by NDOP Community DMV of any business, product or service. Please carry out your own due diligence before entering into any transaction. We are not a party to, and accept no liability for, dealings between you and a listed business.
Our name and logo
The NDOP Community DMV name, logo, emblems, digital platforms, publications and related materials are organizational assets. Their use requires Board authorization. You may not use them to imply endorsement, affiliation or sponsorship without written permission.
