Adoption status

The revised constitution has not yet been formally adopted. Until the General Assembly confirms adoption and the effective date, the document is published as the Proposed Amended and Restated Constitution & Bylaws and is referred to by that title throughout this website.

Charitable status

NDOP Community DMV, Inc. is a Maryland nonstock corporation. Possession of an EIN does not by itself establish federal 501(c)(3) recognition. Contributions support the organization’s programmes and activities; please consult your tax adviser regarding the deductibility of any contribution.

Member Access

Active members can review approved minutes, budgets, financial reports, contribution requirements, event-support rules and their own membership records through the secure Member Portal.
