Supporting One Another Through Life’s Important Moments
A strong community celebrates together, stands together during hardship, and responds with compassion when members experience major life events.
NDOP Community DMV coordinates structured member support in accordance with its governing documents for qualifying events.
This is one of the oldest and most important functions of a community association: to make sure that no member marks a major moment alone — whether that moment is a joyful one or a loss. Support is coordinated by the Welfare & Events Committee under the rules set out in the governing documents.

Member support details are held in the Member Portal
Active members can review current contribution requirements, event-support rules, eligibility requirements, and member records through the secure Member Portal. Contribution amounts, benefit levels, arrears rules and individual member records are not published on the public website — this protects member privacy and allows the organization to update figures without changing the website.Confidentiality
Welfare and member-support information is treated as confidential under the governing documents. Requests are handled by the Welfare & Events Committee and are not discussed publicly.
Community means showing up for one another
Membership brings you into a network that celebrates with you and stands with you — and asks the same of you in return.
